  • All classes/packages are non refundable.

    All sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the start time.

    If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment time the full price of the session will be charged/forfieted or deducted from your package.

    This policy is also enforced for a “no show”.

    The scheduling system has an app called Momence. Please download the app after booking your first session and/or creating an account.

  • Add yourself to the waitlist online through our booking software. You will receive an email and/or text notification at least 45 minutes before the class if you have been added. If you do not recieve this notification, it means you were not added. Late cancellations or no-shows for waitlist additions will incur charges based on our policies. To avoid losing your class credit, please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

  • All purchases for attending classes, including packages, memberships, and single class passes, are non-refundable.

    If you cancel before 24 hours of the class time, your account will be credited a credit for future use!

    Clothing purchases may be returned within 14 days for a retail credit only. All items must be unworn and have all tags attached.

  • After purchasing a class or session online:

    1. Download the Momence app.

    2. Create an account using the same email address you used for your purchase.

      The app is the easiest way to sign up for more classes, cancel, or reschedule your existing bookings.

  • All packages expire in three months, therefore, please purchase the package that most closely matches your exercise schedule. Your date of expiration will be dictated based on your first booked class using purchased pack.

    All packages and memberships are non-refundable.

    When signing up for a membership, customers create a password which they then use to access their profile and manage their membership through Momence.

  • We offer classes for all levels. If you have never been on a reformer, 1 private session is required to attend a group reformer class or 1 intro-level class.

    If your not sure which class is best for you, contact us by email.

    Mat classes require no previous experience.

  • Please wear secure attire.

    Socks are required for apparatus sessions/classes. Grip socks are preferred and are available at the studio to purchase if you forget yours.

    If your hair is long enough to tie back, please do so! This keeps it from getting caught in the springs or other parts of the equipment

  • Please silence your phones and other devices during your session. I understand that sometimes emergencies arise, so please notify me if you need to remain accessible.
