Mat

Mat - This class is designed to focus on the essential foundations of Pilates, which will effectively meet a variety of fitness goals suitable for participants of all abilities, all while practicing exclusively on the mat. Additionally, all necessary props and mats are thoughtfully provided to ensure a comfortable and supportive experience for everyone.

Reformer

All Level - with up to 5 clients focus on flow, stamina and form. These classes are challenging and provide a whole-body workout.

Accelerate - Tailored for those proficient in Pilates technique, aiming to elevate their practice with increased intensity and challenge. Clients with no injuries are welcome to book.

Intro - Learn the foundations of Pilates on the reformer in this 30 minute class. After attending one of these sessions , you will be ready to explore all the other reformer classes offered.

Yogalates

Plank Me Later Yogalates - This mat based class combines Yoga and Pilates to help improve flexibility, posture, and core strength. We will include part stretch and part strength, followed by relaxation. All Levels are welcome and modifications will be given to assure everyone can participate. Mats and props are provided.

Barre

A barre class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into a full-body workout. Participants perform small, isometric movements and high repetitions that target muscles to the point of fatigue.The low-impact nature of barre makes it accessible for people of all fitness levels, while still providing a challenging workout.

Private

Private sessions ensure that you’ll make progress in your practice. Whether it’s general fitness or injury recovery, one-on-one sessions ensure your personal needs and goals are met. Highly recommended for new clients.

Duet/Trio ect.

These sessions are for groups, but not tied to a studio schedule. You and your friends define the schedule while your instructor plans classes to meet each client’s workout level and goals.
