Reformer - Have prior Pilates experience and feel comfortable adjusting your springs and modifying for your body? This class offers a full-body workout with small group sizes (up to 6 people), allowing for personalized cues and attention from your instructor.
Accelerate - Ready to turn up the intensity? This class is ideal for experienced clients who are confident on the Reformer and eager to challenge their strength, control, and endurance through advanced sequences. Love a good plank? You’re in the right place
Wellness- A slower-paced, low-impact class that supports your overall well-being. We focus on flexibility, balance, posture, and core strength to help you move with more ease and confidence.
Pre/Post Natal - Designed specifically for expecting and new mothers, this Reformer class focuses on safe, gentle movements to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Modifications are provided to support your body through each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping you move with strength and confidence.
Jumpboard - Get ready to jump, engage your core, and maybe even elevate your heart rate—all while having fun! Let’s move together and make it an energizing experience.
Intro - Curious about Reformer Pilates but unsure where to start? This class is perfect for beginners without current injuries or limitations. You’ll learn the fundamentals of Reformer use, Pilates breathwork, and how to move safely and effectively. Whether you’re brand new or just need a refresher, this class lays the groundwork for success in our group classes. Designed for clients new to the studio or the Reformer.
Yogalates
This mat based class combines Yoga and Pilates to help improve flexibility, posture, and core strength. We will include part stretch and part strength, followed by relaxation. All Levels are welcome and modifications will be given to assure everyone can participate. Mats and props are provided.
1;1 Session
1:1 sessions ensure that you’ll make progress in your practice. Whether it’s general fitness or injury recovery, one-on-one sessions ensure your personal needs and goals are met. Highly recommended for new clients.
2:1 / 3:1 ect.
These sessions are for groups, but not tied to a studio schedule. You and your friends define the schedule while your instructor plans classes to meet each client’s workout level and goals.
