Instructor

Robin brings a heart-centered approach to movement, blending the breathwork of yoga with the core-focused strength of Pilates. A 200-hour registered yoga teacher, she also has certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Movement Principles training.

Her teaching is warm, accessible, and deeply intentional—designed to help every student feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their body. Robin believes in movement as medicine, and it shows in the care she brings to each class.

She’s also a mom, dog lover, wife, and educator who discovered yoga while working as a hygienist. Fifteen years later, she’s still in awe of the way breath and movement can bring healing to the body and mind.
