Leah discovered Pilates during college and was immediately drawn to its ability to support functional movement and long-term strength. After gaining hands-on experience in a physical therapy clinic, she deepened her training by earning her certification through Balanced Body.
Her teaching style blends classical principles with creative, contemporary programming. Leah is passionate about helping clients build strength that supports their daily lives—whether that means running after kids, boating all summer, or skiing all winter. She’s a proud mom of two boys, and when she’s not in the studio, she’s likely chasing adventure with her family.
Her favorite prop? The magic circle—it’s subtle, sneaky, and seriously effective.
